3: Still Permitting:

No updates in a long time I know. With the birth of my girls things have gotten placed on the back burner. I'll be setting up meetings with the city soon to see about getting a 2-COP license along with my occupational license so that Cigar City Brewing can have a tasting room and gift shop. The folks that work in permitting for the city generally seemed excited when they heard we planned to open a brewery.  Considering there are so few in Florida it is probably a novel request for them.

Meanwhile, Will Orozco is working on my state and federal brewing permits. Once all of this is in place the search for equipment will begin in earnest. I hope to have a longer update soon.
