We will be meeting with the City of Tampa Land Development folks on Thursday to discuss 2-Cop permitting which will give us the ability to have a bar/tasting room and a retail space for limited release bottles. This process will take about three months as there are surveys to be done, neighborhood associations to contact and other regulatory issues to address.

In the meantime we are just starting the process of laying out the space and figuring out what needs to be done as far as build out goes. I'm also looking at a used 30 bbl brewhouse out in CA that is currently cranking out beer available here in the Tampa market. The price is good for a system this large, but more research needs to be done.
