86: Kegging Bolita Brown Tomorrow
Well we have gotten Maduro Oatmeal Brown Ale and Jai Alai IPA into the market and the time has come to release our first seasonal. Bolita Double Nut Brown Ale is, for lack of a better phrase, an Imperial Brown Ale weighing in at just over 9% abv.
Because we set aside a lot of the yield of our seasonals to use as blends (we currently have Capricho Oscuro batches 2 and 3 under way in Maker's Mark Bourbon Barrels) the amount of Bolita remaining to keg is fairly small. Bolita will only go out in 5 gallon slims and there will be less than 50 kegs availible. We'll know the total yield tomorrow when we keg it.
We also filled one 53 gallon Maker's Mark barrel and will release Bourbon Barrel Bolita, when it is ready. When that will be we have no idea. We let the beer say when it is done. And we are working on a blended beer for Alan of Knightly Spirits in Orlando. This blend will be aged in a Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrel and will be availible only in bottles and only at Knightly Spirits in Orlando. And yep that project took up a good chunk of our Bolita as well.
Our next seasonal in the lineup is Big Sound Scotch Ale and it is happily fermenting away. We are brewing Maduro again on Friday followed by Jai Alai IPA and then a batch of Marshal Zhukov's Imperial Stout. It has been a busy week so far and we are looking forward to unwinding at the CCB launch party at Oldsmar Tap House this weekend.
Before I go I want to say thanks to some of the retail accounts that have picked up our beers. We know we are a new and unknown quantity on the brewing scene and we appreciate that you spent your hard earned money to give our beers a chance. We are working hard not to dissapoint. So thanks to:
Redlight Redlight (Our First Draft Account Ever!)
Mr. Dunderbak's
Oldsmar Tap House
World of Beer Westchase

Dunedin House of Beer
Peg's Place
Datz Deli
Cajun Cafe on the Bayou

And I can't forget Mellow Mushroom Brandon cause they rock!
I know there are many more, unfortunately this whole deal is so new we haven't gotten a full list from our distributors yet. But, we truly do appreciate the support and the opportunity. We understand there are hundreds of beers to choose from for your draft lineup and we are humbled that you are willing to give CCB a shot.
Cheers,
Joey Redner

Great to see who is carrying the beers. Gotta add Mellow Mushroom Brandon to the list for the east side folks. They have both beers on draft. 2 taps for CCB, a shout out to Mellow Mushroom Brandon.

Excuse me. Real love is a permanently self-enlarging experience.
I am from China and also now'm speaking English, tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "Search for rates on airline tickets, discount hotel rooms, and other deals across dozens of travel sites."
