111: Meet Assistant Brewer Doug Dozark, Cigar City Brewing's Newest Hire
Wayne has been working hard since CCB opened its doors and the hiring of an assistant was long over due. We are pleased to have Doug on our team. Doug has been homebrewing for a year and a half and has worked in packaging at Oskar Blues in Colorado. He is also the head brewer at Peg's Cantina and Brewpub in Gulfport, FL a position he is maintaining in addition to his Cigar City work. He was also a hard working and ever-ready volunteer for CCB prior to his hiring.
Doug's hiring means that CCB will be able to brew and package even more beer, including more frequent one-offs and special releases. So if you make it by the brewery, say hi to Doug and welcome him to the CCB crew!

Good hire! Just sampled Doug's Dancing Cody IPA, Coffee Mild, and a super small sip of his Imperial Stout; all 3 were stellar!
