Cigar City Brewing is:
Wayne Wambles- Head Brewer
Bio: Wayne Wambles has been a commercial brewer for 10 years and has won numerous medals including wins at the Great Amercian Beer Festival and World Beer Cup. Wayne can tell how many barrels of liquid are remaining in a 15 bbl uni-tank simply by picking it up and shaking it around a few times. Because of this skill, Wayne has no need for sight glass.

Doug Dozark- Assistant Brewer
Bio: In addition to his duties at CCB Doug is the head brewer at Peg's Cantina and Brewery in Gulfport, FL. Doug suffers from inferior reflexes, due to his pale colored eyes. He makes up for this shortcoming with uncanny mathematical skills.

Sorry for the lack of updates. We've been busy and to make things worse I got very ill early Tuesday and spent most of the day at the doctor's office. We will have the two promised Humidor Series beers available today. Humidor Series Zhukov's Imperial Stout and Humidor Series Maduro. The plan is to fill 750ml bottles to order. Since we aren't doing a full run on the Humidor Series Imperial Stout this year (like we did with the IPA) we decided to make up for it by charging the same price as Zhukov's; $10 per 750ml bottle. Maduro will be $7 per 750 ml bottle.
