228: The Refinery Summer Camp

The Refinery is an exciting new restaurant that opened in Seminole Heights (the area I grew up in). The chef, Greg is someone I first met in Portland, OR back in 1994 when I discovered craft beer.  I drank my first pints of real American craft beer with Greg way back then so in a small way Greg played a part in my obsession which eventually became Cigar City Brewing. So feel free to heap scorn and blame upon him.

Anyway, for summer the folks at The Refinery are doing a Summer Camp themed series of beer events. I've only eat there there twice, but have been very impressed both times and quite pleased at the way Greg puts creative spins on local things like Cuban Bread.
