Now while we prep and ready the space for being a brewery we'll have figure out how to put it all back together! Hopefully we'll find the instructions somewhere. It's actually quite a bit more involved than that, but you'd be surprised what a bunch of very determined, thirsty brewery employees can do..

We hope to have the new brewery in operation by the fall, so we can brew even more to satisfy the thirsty masses in Florida and beyond! We will keep you posted on the progress.

We will be doing events all week long starting on Monday with the beginning of our scavenger hunt and blind tasting. Wherever you are, make sure to include craft brewed beer in your festivities and check out your local brewery (if it's not us!) to see what they have going on!

Tomorrow, May 7th is the AHA Big Brew Day- A national celebration of homebrewing all over the world! We will be celebrating in our own way by firing up the pilot system and brewing an Kumquat Amarillo Wheat Ale with Mark Stober of Tampa Bay BEERs homebrew club. Mark's beer was chosen as a part of an informal judging the brew crew did on Hunahpus Release Day from all of the local homebrew clubs that came out to pour samples and party with us.

Out of the 4 clubs that were represented (Tampa Bay BEERs, Dunedin Brewer's Guild, Special Hoperations, and Pinellas Urban Brewer's Guild) we chose one beer from each club and will be brewing them all on the pilot system. We will have them available in the tasting room when they are done and once we have brewed all 4 beers we will need YOUR help! After all have been on tap by themselves we will put a keg of each one on and offer a sampler of all 4 and we will want to hear which are your favorites. The one most favored by YOU along with the other guests to the tasting room that participate will be brewed in the full 15BBL batch and might even have the chance to head to Denver for the Great American Beer Fest Pro-Am competition.

Within the month, Mark's beer will be on tap in the tasting room for all to try. We'll let you know when it and the other beers we will be brewing hit the taps.
