305: It's been a great run....
This will be the final blog post here, folks. We're moving onto greener pastures! This has been a great time and there's been a lot of amazing things we've discovered over the years. 305 blog entries later and we're still learning about what it takes to open up--and maintain--a great brewery in Florida.
However, we will keep blogging at our new website. We just will not update this one anymore.
Thanks to everyone who supported us from the beginning! It means a lot! We'll keep this blog up and running for historians and archivists who wish to go back and look at all the goof-ups and glory we've been through.
