I agree with Matt that Wayne is one of the most passionate brewers I've known. It'll be great to have him in Tampa.

Let me tell you, I think you just landed the best damn brewer available. I worked with Wayne at Buckhead and can honestly say I have never met anyone with more passionate and technical knowledge about beer and brewing. It sounds like in the environment crated at Cigar City that Wayne will thrive. The beers coming out of your brewery will without a doubt be exceptional. Best wishes to you both, and when I make it down to Tampa I will be sure to pop by for a visit!

I had no idea you were planning a brewery until today, Jan. 8. This is great news. Let us know what styles you plan to be brewing.

Glad to see an update and that things are moving along. Is there any possible way to be able to sell growlers in the state of Florida? How about kegs for people to have on tap at home? I know you probably get lots of offers for help - but, I used to work part time in a micro-brewery in NY state (tasting room, tours, keg filling, dry-hopping, cleaning mash tuns, etc) and I have a few friends that I think might volunteer some time. So let me know if you need any help.

I really like that 2nd to last logo. It would look great on a bottle.
